Recognition is the lifeblood of your business. If you don't recognize your people you won't get the best results for your customers.

I lose my cool faster than most, and probably more frequently as well. My fight to hold control is an ongoing matter all the time.

Turn off the TV, stop multi-tasking, change your email habits, stop the notifications, and slay the time vampires.

Just showing up isn't enough anymore although in some cases it is a great start; however people expect more, and you should as well.

We have the choice to view our life as a blessing in everything we do, or a burden in everything in we do.

Once you start to become confident in your abilities it can be a slippery slope to down to arrogance.

When faced with a problem instead of running the other party into the ground talk them up a little, & understand they are doing their best.
