Rob has been in the art of human engagement for his entire life like most of us; however professionally since he was about 15 years old when he had his first job at a bottle depot one summer. Since then he has found his passion in a customer engagement role.

Now with being in the field of Personal Consulting he brings years’ worth of customer service experience to the world of helping people design solutions for situations and issues. Through life experiences, self-development, and learning a lot the hard way Rob has developed a keen aptitude to listening, and understanding that elevates the outcomes of situations.
